The following information should be submitted:
- Proof of ownership or legal interest in the property.
- Location map showing the site of the improvement and the relationship of the site to adjacent properties, buildings, facilities and important natural features.
- Design drawings and plans including:
- Plan of all site improvements.
- All elevations (for a building).
- At least two sections (for a building).
- Preliminary landscape planting plan identifying trees and shrubs to be retained, removed and planted.
- Contour lines (existing and proposed).
The following information may be requested:
- Geotechnical Report
- Hydrological Report
- Environmental Assessment Report
- Traffic Report
- Parking Report
- Heritage Resources Report
- Any other information, models or specifications that the Meewasin Valley Authority may require as part of the review.

This is the form prescribed by the Meewasin Valley Authority for use by any person or participating party seeking approval under Section 20 of the Meewasin Valley Authority Act for improvements which are subject to approval under Section 19 of The Meewasin Valley Authority Act, Chapter M-11.1, R.S.S. 1981.
